Retail Sales Representative
We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative. Duties include, but not limited to: Answering phones, assisting customers with selections of items according to their needs and suggesting products which may be beneficial. Assuring floor areas are neat and presentable to the public at all times and communicating with purchasing to assure adequate and correct inventory stock is maintained. Operating computer and cash register to process payment transactions. Some knowledge of Home Medical Equipment, medical insurance and medical terminology is preferable. JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Representative
JOB STATEMENT:

JOB DUTIES:

Assist and guide clients in handling and developing orders and solving problems. Sell technical equipment to clients with specialized needs and suggest additional purchases.

Assist clients in the selection and fittings of medical products.

Wear a name tag and maintain a professional appearance and manner.

Responsible for obtaining training for certification for the fitting of certain products.

Answer telephones as required.

Maintain records needed to assure appropriate service to clients.

Keep informed on Medicare and third party payer information and verify insurance information as needed.

Maintain floor, shelf, and fitting room areas in a clean, orderly manner.

Responsible for transfer of stock from warehouse to floor and for stock being rotated on shelves.

Responsible for outdated and dead stock to be removed or merchandised according to supervisors instructions.

Assure aisles and floors are clear and merchandise not left out.

Responsible for the inventory levels to be maintained at acceptable levels and assure inventory has been reordered as required.

Complete paperwork in an accurate, timely manner, balancing the daily confirmation list with the daily transactions.

Responsible for correct use of cash register, computer, and handling of cash and charge transactions.

Assure all reports required by Management are completed in an accurate, timely manner.

Perform any additional duties as required by supervisor.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Skills, Knowledge or Abilities Required:
Some knowledge of HME, medical insurance, and medical terminology is preferable. Must be able to communicate well both verbally and written and enjoy working with the public
Physical Demands: Must be mobile and able to lift 50 pounds.
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Customer Service Representative. Some of the job duties include answering telephones, taking and developing client orders, verifying billing information, coordinating delivery of equipment and supplies, and solving client problems and complaints. Urological Sales Specialist
Our Urological Sales department is expanding, we are seeking Outside Sales Specialists to increase Urological sales throughout the United States. Daily activities would include marketing to referral sources, urologists, support groups and consumers. Assistive Technology Supplier
Supervises and assists in the operation of the Rehab Department. Supervises and assists with custom wheelchair seating and rehab projects and purchasing for the department. Generates monthly and weekly reports.

We are
looking for an intern to work on our website.
Some of
the few things which you would be involved in includes SEO/ SEM, Social Media
Management, CPC management, etc. Coordinating website,
adding products, emails, social media outreach, direct mail pieces, upload video content, and
merchandise. Managing the social media and marketing campaign and growing our
presence on social networking sites. Assisting with Google Adwords and Online Marketplace.
Should have a marketing background with experience
